How do I confirm whether I have been successfully registered for the conference? |
| A | If you registered using our online registration system using a credit card, you should have received a confirmation email as proof of your registration. If you have not yet received a confirmation please send an email to gj2008_reg [at] iitbombay.org with your full name as used during online registration. |
| Q | How do I register if I have problems registering with my credit card? |
| A | Online registration can only be done using credit
cards that are valid for use in the US for USD payments. If you have
any problems registering with your international credit card, kindly
send a cheque or credit card details along with a print out of the
registration form by mail or fax to: IIT Bombay Heritage Fund, 21710 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Suite 115, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA Tel: +1-408-252-1664 / Fax: +1-208-498-5404. Please be sure to include your name, contact and professional information, and all other details as required on the registration page, and we will process your registration manually. | Q | Where do I stay during the conference? |
| A | We have negotiating discounted rates at a few area hotels; click here see where to stay. To get the special conference rates shown, please use the telephone numbers and Reservation Codes shown. Room configurations, amenities, etc. may vary - please ask the reservations agent at the hotel before you make your booking. Conference rates valid for stays from July 17, 2008 through July 21, 2008 (up to 4 nights). Rates expire May 17, 2008. Availability is limited |
| Q | I registered for the conference but have not yet received a confirmation email. What do I do? |
| A | If you have not received a confirmation email after you registered online, please send an email to gj2008_reg [at] iitbombay.org with your full name as used during online registration. |
| Q | I mistakenly entered the wrong email address/Campus/Year of Graduation at the time of registration. How doI correct it? |
| A | Please send an email to gj2008_reg [at] iitbombay.org with the Transaction ID that you received in your confirmation email and with your full name used for registration. |
| Q | I misspelled my name at the time of registration. How do I correct it? |
| A | Please send an email to gj2008_reg [at] iitbombay.org with the Transaction ID that you received in your confirmation email along with the correct spelling of your first and last name. |
| Q | What is your refund policy? |
| A | We will refund the full amount if your cancellation request is received on or before June 15, 2008. No refunds can be given after that date. |
| Q | I would like to cancel my registration. How do I do it? |
| A | Please send your cancellation request to gj2008_reg [at] iitbombay.org stating your full name and Transaction ID that you received at the time of registration. |
| Q | Can I get an invitation letter for Visa purposes? |
| A | Yes. Please send a request to gj2008_reg [at] iitbombay.org. |
